2002 Custom Classic Wooden Gulet

11 Guests
5 Cabins
560.000

Details

Built in the Bodrum region in 2002 using traditional wooden boatbuilding techniques, this 23-metre classic sailing gulet combines timeless character with generous living spaces and extensive cruising equipment. Designed by Fuat Turan, her traditional construction features mahogany and sapelli planking over oak and mulberry frames, complemented by a natural Burma teak deck.

Her exceptionally generous beam provides impressive interior volume, with a 5+1 cabin configuration comprising two master cabins, a family double cabin, twin guest cabin, additional bunk cabin for children or younger guests, and a captain's cabin. The principal cabins feature private shower and WC facilities as well as individual air conditioning.

Power is provided by twin Iveco 6-cylinder 220 HP diesel engines. Two generators – an Onan 27 kVA and a Coelmo 25 kVA – are complemented by twin Seamar watermakers with a combined production capacity of 500 litres per hour. With 4,000 litres of fuel and 2,000 litres of fresh water capacity, she offers a substantial technical platform for extended cruising.

Her classic profile is completed by two laminated Russian spruce masts, a Marconi rig and a total sail area of 335 m². Performance figures indicate approximately 9 knots under power and 10–11 knots under sail.

The yacht has undergone regular maintenance and significant upgrades over the years. She was extended by two metres at the stern in 2010, followed by extensive works between 2015 and 2023 covering the hull, deck, electrical and hydraulic systems, interior, engines and generators. Her navigation electronics were upgraded to Raymarine equipment in 2022, with further interior and structural works completed in 2023.
